Peter and Kathy Wagner take pride and considerable care in offering clean, quiet, ocean side seasonal campground rv park facilities. The Wagners are fourth-generation owners of Camp Eaton, hosting visitors in the tradition set by Peter's great-grandparents when they opened their " trailer park " and camp ground in 1923 next to Long Sands Beach. The Wagner family invites you to come visit Maine, and enjoy location, location, location combined with today's amenities at our RV Resort.

Camp Eaton is situated opposite one of southern Maine's largest and most picturesque beaches, Long Sands Beach, with views beyond to the Nubble Light. Our 35-acre property is a rare coastal find with woods, grassy fields, a lily pond and natural wetlands ... unique not only to York Beach and York Harbor, but also to much of southern Maine coast and coastal New Hampshire. Moreover, the area offers a wealth ofthings to do and see including scenic attractions, historic attractions, varied dining, water sports, and bargain-lovers' shopping. This is a great destination for couples and families, both with and without children. We offer a seasonal recreation program (our Gazebo, above left, is the site of many summer programs) and children's playground. You'll find our three, well-lit rest rooms conveniently situated and well-maintained (they are checked at least 6 times a day). Here, you may enjoy modern facilities including FREE hot showers.

All sites offer water, electric, sewer and cable TV hookups. Camp Eaton also offers: pay telephones; a camp store offering firewood, ice, groceries, and RV parts; and a recycling program. We are proud to be members of MECOA. Bring your rv's to Maine and enjoy seasonal camp site rentals.

Be sure to bring your favorite walking shoes so you can take off and explore the beach or the area's historic and scenic attractions. At Camp Eaton, your pets are welcome but must be secured at all times.
