Duck Pond Grove
Suited for RV's less than 28 feet

skip ahead to Center Field, Franconia, Pacific or Willow Lane
sites with four-way hookups

This area is a tree-lined grassy grove. It has been modernized to include water,
30-amp electric, sewer, and cable TV hookups at each site.

Rates

Rates are based on two persons. Children under 6 stay free.

Off-Peak Season Rates apply May 1 - June 19, and September 1 - October 15
Peak Season Rates apply June 20 - July 2 and July 6 - August 28
Holiday Weekend Rates apply July 3 - 5 and August 29 - 31

State of Maine Lodging Tax included (7 percent).
 No extra charges for your air conditioners/heaters.

A maximum of one full-sized trailer or motor home and one car per site.
Pets are permitted but must be secured at all times.

Visitors must pay a fee, as listed below, upon arrival.
A parking lot is available for extra vehicles at $5 per night.

Off-Peak Season: $40/night; $250/week
Peak Season: $59/night; 385/week
Holiday Weekend Rates: $63/night

Additional Adults: $6/night; $40/week
Children (6-17): $3/night; $20/week

Reservations
Sites may be reserved for weekly intervals (Saturday to Saturday) from June 20 to August 31.
Reservations are recommended during this period. A three-night minimum will apply to reservations for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day,
and Columbus Day weekends. During the rest of the season, there is no minimum stay requirements for advanced reservations.

Center Field, Franconia, Pacific
suited for RV's up to 40 feet

pull-through sites with four-way hookups (50 amp)

These sites are level and grassy and offer four-way hookups
(water, 30 amp electric, sewer & cable television).
